Global launch of LivaNova’s new Strategic Framework and Brand
Challenge
When global medtech leader LivaNova set out to launch its new Strategic Framework and brand, it needed an event that would inspire, connect, and energise employees across the world.
The event would be a pivotal moment for LivaNova. With a new executive leadership team and ambitious plans for the next five years, it was crucial that the entire company– all 3,000 people, across almost 100 countries - had access to the live launch event.
Solution
Working with Creative Director Phil Whetter from Fire Escape II, LivaNova wanted this event to feel totally different to what it had done before – marking their new direction and approach and perfectly aligned with their new brand.
Phil enlisted the support of All Safe and Sound, the full-service production company with whom he had a long and trusted working relationship. Together, they brought this ambitious vision to life through a truly global broadcast experience.
Live-streamed simultaneously to nearly 100 countries and more than 3,000 employees, the event marked a defining moment in LivaNova’s history. From the main studio hub in London to live links to Munich, Dubai, Mirandola, Arvada, Houston, and Melbourne, Phil and ASAS oversaw every creative and technical detail. Their work spanned concept development, bespoke stage design and construction in ASAS’s in-house workshop, and the complete transformation of an empty London studio into the central engine of this multi-location production, ensuring a smooth and engaging live experience from start to finish.
With a fresh, informal set inspired by a daytime TV chat show, the event captured the human spirit of LivaNova’s new brand, combining high-end production values with warmth and authenticity. A central chat area with sofas and screen were supported by two other presentation areas to add to the energy and variety of the content. The finale was a simultaneous celebration with confetti canons, balloon drops, streamers, and a toast to the new LivaNova.

The result was a flawless, engaging experience that united the global workforce behind a shared vision — and showcased the team’s expertise in delivering world-class corporate events on a truly international scale.
