How to create corporate events that connect, engage and inspire.

Your audience has given you their time. We make sure they can hear every word, see every slide and follow the story from the first walk-on to the final close.

CORPORATE CONFERENCES & LEADERSHIP EVENTS

When the message matters,

THE MOMENT

A leadership event is rarely just another date in the calendar

It might be the moment a new strategy is unveiled, or a leadership team sets out a new direction. Employees might be coming together after a period of change, or colleagues separated by countries, cultures and time zones asked to connect around one shared message.

When the communication matters that much, the experience surrounding it matters too.

When the message matters, the experience matters too.

How we approach it

  • 01 Start with the purpose, not the production

The best corporate events begin with a simple question: what do we want people to think, feel and do differently when this is over? That purpose shapes everything that follows, from the shape of the room and the way content is presented to lighting, staging, screens, sound and transitions. Production shouldn’t distract from the message. It should make it easier to understand, more engaging to experience and harder to forget.

  • 02 Make complexity feel simple

Multiple presentation spaces. Live broadcasts. Remote contributors. International audiences. Tight schedules. Senior stakeholders. Last-minute content changes. The audience shouldn’t see any of it. Detailed pre-production (testing assumptions, understanding the venue, planning contingencies and spotting problems early) is what creates confidence when the event goes live.

  • 03 Choose a partner, not simply a supplier

A good production partner understands what you’re trying to achieve, challenges ideas when there’s a better solution and takes ownership of the details. We stay hands-on from the first conversation to the final de-rig. When your CEO is about to walk onto the stage, the most valuable thing we can give you isn’t more technology. It’s confidence.

LIVE EXAMPLE

LivaNova: one global launch, broadcast live

For the launch of LivaNova’s new Strategic Framework and brand, we created a London broadcast hub connecting live locations around the world, reaching more than 3,000 employees in nearly 100 countries.

For the audience, it was one shared global experience. Behind the scenes, it took meticulous technical planning and precise live show control.
