Make it extraordinary.

Creating awards and fundraising events people remember.

An awards night or fundraiser has to do two things at once: feel special for every guest, and run precisely to time. We design the room, light the stage and run the show, so winners get their moment, sponsors are seen and your cause is heard.

AWARD DINNERS & FUNDRAISING EVENTS

One night.

THE MOMENT

A gala dinner happens once

There are events where you get another chance next week. A gala dinner isn’t one of them. The guests arrive at a set time. The speeches happen once. The winner’s name is called once. The artist walks onto the stage once.

And for a fundraising event, there may be one evening to inspire a room full of people to give generously. Everything has to come together in that moment.

You only get one chance to deliver the night. We believe it’s worth doing properly.

How we approach it

  • 01 Create the atmosphere before anything happens on stage

People form an impression long before the host says a word: the lighting as they enter, the look of the room, the music, the stage, the screens, the anticipation. For an awards dinner, that means building excitement and giving winners their moment in the spotlight. For a fundraiser, it means an emotional journey that helps guests connect with the cause before the giving begins.

  • 02 Make the difficult look simple

Speeches, awards, video content, live entertainment, lighting cues, music, artist requirements and perhaps an after-party all need to work as one continuous experience, and the timetable is often unforgiving. We plan, rehearse and call the show so guests never feel the complexity.

  • 03 The best production teams stay behind the scenes

When everything is working perfectly, guests shouldn’t be thinking about the production. They should be watching the stage, celebrating a winner, enjoying the performance and giving to the cause. That takes creativity and technical expertise, but also meticulous planning, collaboration and a team that stays calm when the pressure rises.

LIVE EXAMPLE

The King’s Trust: £2.5 million in one evening

At The King’s Trust gala at The Chancery Rosewood, our team delivered audio, lighting, video, staging, scenic and artist technical requirements across the main event and after-party, including a headline performance from Robbie Williams. The build took place within extremely restricted timeframes, including working overnight alongside another live event.

For the guests, none of that complexity needed to matter. What mattered was an extraordinary evening, one that raised £2.5 million.
