The event

All Safe and Sound delivered full production for The King’s Trust gala dinner, a high-profile fundraising event attended by global celebrities and industry leaders, raising £2.5 million in a single evening.

The event required strong technical delivery across live performance, speeches and an after-party environment, including a headline performance from Robbie Williams and an after-party DJ set. Working in a complex, high-pressure environment, the team managed full audio, lighting, video, staging, scenic and artist technical requirements.

The challenge

A key challenge was delivering within extremely restricted timeframes, including building overnight alongside another live event, and accommodating detailed artist specifications within venue constraints.

Our approach

Through close collaboration with artist teams and stakeholders, we adapted requirements while maintaining production quality. The stage design worked so well that it was adopted by the headline artist’s touring team.

The result

A seamless, high-impact evening that supported significant fundraising outcomes and enhanced the guest experience from live performance to after-party.
