Context
TechnologyOne, Australia’s largest enterprise software company, selected All Safe and Sound to deliver the UK leg of its international Showcase programme, following a successful partnership on the previous event. Part of a global roadshow spanning Australia, New Zealand and Europe, the London event welcomed more than 350 senior customers, partners and colleagues from the education and local government sectors.
Working from the UK while the event was managed from Brisbane, we became the client’s delivery partner on the ground: bridging time zones, coordinating local suppliers and venues, and keeping the London event aligned with the wider global programme.
Challenge
The Showcase was more than a conference; it was the launch platform for TechnologyOne’s latest AI-powered software. The event needed to educate, inspire and engage multiple audiences, in a premium environment that reflected the company’s position.
The production team had less than 24 hours to build, rehearse and deliver a technically demanding, multi-room event within a busy London venue.
Solution
We transformed the venue into a fully branded, multi-zone event experience, delivering production across the main plenary, breakout spaces, networking areas and executive suite.

Working as an extension of TechnologyOne’s events team, our crew anticipated challenges before they arose and kept every part of the event running from first build to final show call.
Results
Despite the demanding schedule, the event gave TechnologyOne a high-impact platform to launch its latest AI solution, engage customers and strengthen relationships across the UK market, and reinforced an international partnership across two consecutive UK Showcases.
